Can you help with packing and furniture?
You can request packing materials, packing assistance, and furniture dismantling or reassembly. We’ll confirm the scope and any special requirements in your quote.
Do you handle international moves?
You can request an international move through the quote form. Include both countries and your destination city so we can discuss the route, timing and any paperwork specific to your move.

The route, volume, packing, access and collection or delivery dates determine the quote. Mileage, tolls, customs-related charges and any return-journey costs are itemised where applicable before you book.

Moving within Luxembourg
How much does a move within Luxembourg cost?
For moves anywhere within Luxembourg, we charge a fixed hourly rate for your chosen service. The moving charge is the hourly rate multiplied by the billable hours, plus a one-hour call-out fee. There are no surcharges for stairs or weekends. Rates exclude VAT.

How much do packing and furniture services cost?
The price depends on the items, estimated labour, materials and any dismantling or reassembly required. Send an inventory and describe the help you need so we can itemise the work in your quote.
Can I book packing or furniture services separately?
You can enquire about packing or furniture work without booking a full move. Tell us the tasks, location and preferred date; we will confirm whether we can arrange a standalone service and its price.
Do you provide boxes and packing materials?
You can request boxes and protective packing materials. Tell us what you need and whether you already have supplies. The types, quantities and costs are confirmed in your quote.
Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
You can request this service. Identify the items so suitability and the scope of work can be confirmed.
Do you pack fragile or valuable items?
You can request packing for fragile or valuable items. Describe each item and share photos where useful so we can assess suitable materials and handling. Acceptance and any insurance arrangements must be confirmed.
Office moving
How much does an office move cost?
Office moves are quoted individually based on the inventory, locations, access, crew, timing and any packing or furniture work. Send a list of desks, equipment and boxes for a written quote.
How far in advance should we plan an office relocation?
Start planning once your relocation date and new premises are known. Larger moves may need more preparation for inventory, building access and staff coordination. We will confirm a schedule after reviewing your requirements.
Can the move take place outside office hours or on weekends?
You can request an evening or weekend move to suit your business. There is no weekend surcharge. Tell us your preferred hours and building restrictions; crew availability and access must be confirmed.
How long does an office move usually take?
The duration depends on the size of the office, access, distance and the work included. After reviewing the inventory and any phased-move requirements, we will agree an estimated timetable.
How do you minimize disruption to our business?
We agree the moving sequence, item labelling and access arrangements with your team. Tell us which functions must remain operational. IT disconnection and reconnection need separate confirmation and are not automatically included.
